Primary Responsibilities:

• Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) for a high growth division of OptumRx

• Financial modeling and data analysis

• Monthly end close analysis

• Data visualization 

• Working with business team to use financial analysis to drive growth outcomes

• Leverage business knowledge to propose solutions to business problems regularly in a dynamic work environment

• Build and maintain financial models to assist in the economic analysis of market alternatives

• Gather, summarize and analyze detailed data 

• Validate renewals and request for proposals for accuracy

• Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Experience and ability creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets from scratch to manipulate data for analysis required
• Financial or analytical experience (academic or professional)
• Financial acumen and profit and loss management skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1+ years of financial and/or accounting experience or relevant internship experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $45,100 to $80,200. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $49,800 to $88,200.
