The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight of all products and services offered by the Communication Operations production team located in our Las Vegas, NV office. This person will act as a team leader that will assist with new workflow implementations, oversee steady-state production activities, and perform administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting, data entry and inventory management. The print operation will run Monday through Saturday and this role will be responsible for coordinating with their manager and weekend shift supervisor to ensure that proper oversight, and support is in place to meet all workflow responsibilities and requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support production team by providing oversight of daily operations and workflow requirements
• Responsible for all day-to-day operational activities for projects and programs as assigned
• Responsible meeting all service level agreements, client requirements and performance guarantees
• Maintain up to date process documentation for all products and workflows under their supervision
• Materials ordering and inventory management responsibilities as assigned
• Communicates workflow status through daily reporting and meetings with our business partners
• Assists with training and maintains SOP documentation and other related tasks as assigned
• Acts as subject matter expert for all on-site operations during audits
• Promotes a positive working relationship with peers and business partners to drive engagement and productivity
• Responsible for leading the team on issue resolution, quality oversight, compliance management and process improvements
• Schedules meetings and performs other administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

• High-School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year as a team-lead, supervisor, or manager
• 1+ year working in MS Word and Excel
• Live in the Las Vegas, NV
• Willing to take on new responsibilities to align with the changing demands of our production team

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of printing, shipping, or mailroom experience
• 1+ year experience using workflow management software. (i.e., SalesForce, Workfront, ServiceNow, etc.)
• 1+ year of inventory management
• 1+ year of vendor management
• 1+ year of project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $49,800 to $88,200.
