Position summary
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent
• At least 14+ years of experience in professional software development with at least 6+ years in an engineering management role.
• Hands-on experience with software architecture, applications development life cycle and project management of web applications and services
• Experience in developing enterprise applications preferably using Java, Spring, JavaScript UI frameworks and public cloud
• Experience in using data exchange formats like XML and JSON
• Database development using RDBMS, SQL/Hibernate and NoSQL data stores like MongoDB
• Use of Java IDE (such as IntelliJ) with debugger experience
• Practical application of common OO design patterns and SOLID principles
• Prior experience in test-driven development and CI/CD
• Strong DevOps experience with coordinating release deployments to production
Must Have
• Strong problem solving, analytical and logical thinking skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in leading agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions
