ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Incoming calls and resolve driver, sales representatives and customer issues as needed.
Populating/creating/updating various spreadsheets/departmental reports.
Strong MS Office skills required
Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.
Schedule vendor pick ups
Import, export, track and organize data.
Utilize various systems and software to prepare periodic reports (MS Excel, Omnitracs, Tandem, Kronos)
Process vacation requests after approved by Manager; coordinate transportation vacation coverage schedule
Track attendance data.
Process driver trip sheets. - Collect payments (COD Collections)
Tracking and filing of Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR5).
Order office supplies. - General clerical duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Related Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/clerical function preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Individual must have the ability to prioritize assignments and effectively multi-task. Must have strong organizational/communication skills and be able to work under minimal supervision. Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Experience using Omnitracs, Tandem, Kronos, or similar systems preferred. Must possess strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills in addition to the ability to adapt to faced paced, changing environment.
