The Role

Direct Feed Partner Manager is an externally facing role with an emphasis on developing and managing partner relationships to ensure that direct data feeds are delivered with speed and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Manage Direct Feed Partner relationships post-contract signature
• Communicate effectively with external partners to build and foster strong relationships
• Communicate to ensure that data is delivered timely and accurately
• Escalate issues, delays, and challenges, pairing each with suggested solutions
• Work closely with internal Operations and Partnerships teams to deliver timely solutions when data is missing or late
• Work with leadership across several internal teams to come up with ways to improve Partner Communication processes
• Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks to maximize productivity and efficient compliance with internal processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in ad tech, technology consulting, or healthcare advertising
• Client services, partner management, or consulting experience
• Strong project management skills
• Can-do attitude and approach
• Entrepreneurial self-starter and team player; hungry for new opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative interest demonstrated through coursework or professional experience
• Interest in the power of Big Data
