What you’ll be doing...
The Omnichannel Customer Experience organization is a product management team building across all customer touchpoints to deliver a One Verizon experience. We are a key enabler to delivering the business plan by driving transformation. Our winning strategy is customer-first, digitally enabled experiences.
This organization is uniquely positioned, owning the end-to-end customer journey. For this role, you will help the Omni CX Fulfillment pillar to build a trusted fulfillment and return experience for customers and prospects. The Fulfillment pillar is focused on simplifying product shipments to and from customers resolving pain points throughout the process and reimagining this experience across channels.
In this role, you will develop new, and improve upon existing, processes that provide transparency and simplicity about shipments to end-users. The role will be responsible for understanding the customer’s journey, analyzing existing data, determining drivers of change, and facilitating opportunities to grow based upon the data. With the identified opportunities, you’ll build out the strategic vision and partner with Engineering & UX Design to create a fulfillment solution. This is a unique role to work within a dynamic group that is defining the future of Omnichannel customer experience inside of a Fortune 15 business.
