What you’ll be doing...
Developing APEX classes, triggers, custom objects, and UI development in SF lightening & lightening web components.
Working with functional architects on a regular basis to review the progress and definition of done.
Providing demos to ATFs and functional architects at the end of the sprint.
Closing assigned SIT defects within the same sprint.
Committing and deploying all developed components into Gitlab and Dev Integration environments.
Addressing all security vulnerabilities identified as part of the code developed within the sprint.
Serving on an Agile team and providing accurate and timely updates to the ATFs in daily touch point meetings.
Maintaining accurate JIRA updates and logging working hours in assigned sub tasks on a daily basis.
Caring for code quality and security standards in accordance with Verizon standards, ensuring code-to-bug ratios are less than 10%.
Partnering with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders to deliver the work.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience in-service and sales cloud implementations using Live Agent, omni-channel, CTI adapters, and API integrations.
Experience in lightning components and data loader for data migration activities.
Experience with Salesforce administration to manage service cloud and code deployments.
Even better if you have:
One or more years of experience in VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, Java Script, Lightning API, Workflows, and Object Mapping.
Familiarity with best practices to build and unit test, write automated test cases (i.e., unit and integration), and configuration management.
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred) and DevSecOps.
ITIL and/or other, similar certifications.
Experience with Email-To-Case, Auto Assignment Rules, Auto Response Rule, Support Process, Entitlement Process, Milestones, Path, Reports and Dashboards, SSO, Cases, Translation Workbench, and Knowledge and Chatter.
Knowledge of Salesforce Integrations with Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Knowledge of architecture concepts (e.g., integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).
Force.com platform experience, including understanding platform limitations (e.g., API and governor limits).
Experience with DevOps Pipeline using Jenkins & Strong knowledge of Agile development principles.
