What you’ll be doing...
You’ll serve as a talent advisor to leadership as you design and deliver on strategic talent acquisition initiatives to drive our business forward. Your approach to hiring will demonstrate our belief that people are our most valued asset. The people you attract will become a part of our community of hardworking, driven individuals that make Verizon a great place to work.
This position will be a member of the Specialized Technology (SpecTech) recruitment team which supports Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics & Network Planning functions across the enterprise. This role will work with high-level business and HR leaders to solve complex hiring challenges such as diversity, talent pipelining, competitive compensation, workforce planning and scarcity of talent. We are constantly exploring new sourcing strategies, tools and channels to find talent. You will need to leverage your professional networks to market and brand yourself as an established subject matter expert in this niche'space to better attract top talent.
