    Position summary

    • Ensure cost recognition are aligned to Group guidelines for service region

    • Develop full year and case lifetime forecasts with Operations stakeholder for each relevant warranty case in region. Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for forecast changes

    • Track monthly regional performance compared to initial performance assumption and previous forecasts, lead regional performance reviews where Service management and finance are informed in scheduled meetings.

    • Advocate for and gain buy-in from stakeholders locally and at HQ on best practices on financial and operational aspects

    • Connect functional leaders as required on top warranty cases, considering legal, commercial, operational, financial, engineering, and other functions.

    • Coordinate with Group engineering and service teams on proper estimate calculation and distribution of targets, ensuring alignment but also reasonableness.

    • Initiate culture change in complex operational space

    • Month end close

    • Support the team with journal entries, accruals, and analysis

    • Work with colleagues in Manila and in Poland to root cause and correct financial posting issues

    • Perform internal and external audit tasks as needed, SOX documents completed monthly

    • Develop new methods to streamline completion of compliance tasks

    • Systems and processes useage and build out

    • Develop dashboards and reporting packages, using data from SAP, Adaptive, and BI

    • Promote automation and simplicity in financial reporting to operations stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject. Masters, CPA or MBA.

    • Minimum 3 years of financial experience required• Proficient systems skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and BI.

    • Good written and oral communication skills

    • Ability to work as part of a team

    • Flexibility and versatility, some OT may be required

    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

    • Attention to details and build smart well-organized spreadsheets

    Competencies:

    • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

    • Proficiency in SAP, proficiency in Workday or Adaptive

    • Ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity and meet deadlines

    • Ability to communicate in English

    • Regular and reliable attendance, including meetings with European colleagues
