We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team and provide support to our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk affairs, organizing business meetings, and travel arrangements. Administration Coordinator will also maintain a central register of contracts, conduct processes for maintenance of facilities and properties, and supervise property security and cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk affairs, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls

  • Organize business meetings, prepare meeting materials, and schedule appointments

  • Arrange business travel, book hotels and flights, and purchase insurance

  • Maintain a central register of contracts

  • Conduct processes for maintenance of facilities and properties and adjacent areas in the required condition

  • Supervise property security and cleaning services to ensure a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Ability to organize own work and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Conscientiousness and proactivity

  • Ability to make decisions in the process of change and adapt quickly to new situations

  • Passionate about working as a team member in a fast-developing environment

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position

  • Very good English language skills, both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of MS Office, including very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
