Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Specialist to join the global Business Operations team in our Digital business. The business operations team is a horizontal group in the business that works across all P&Ls and functions, with the key focus on supporting the business for accelerated growth through smooth operations, transparent operational insights that can lead to high levels of productivity and efficiency, and by mobilizing and motivating the organization to its best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated to work collaboratively across global teams to help analyze, identify, and solve operational challenges and roadblocks throughout the organization and a true desire to make an enormous impact. As a technical member of the operations team, this individual will also perform both the technical and process-related duties of the Clarity PPM system administrator for the Digital business globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
5+ years’ experience managing projects and resources in an enterprise PPM system (e.g., Clarity PPM, Primavera EPPM, Microsoft Project Server).
1-2 years’ experience working with and analyzing data from various systems and sources and consolidating them into insightful reports and dashboards using power BI or other BI reporting tools.
Strong working experience in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel, and Oracle SQL.
Ability to ‘reverse-engineer’ the relationships among relational database tables, and the logic of program code, to facilitate development of new architecture and reports using existing content as a model.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Willingness and ability to learn and demonstrate expertise in the Clarity PPM application to support Clarity system administration duties for the Digital business globally.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely with working proficiency in the English language.
Self-motivated, quick learner, results-oriented, good problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes for the business.
Attention to detail.
Sharp analytical skills, willingness to learn and develop business acumen.
A good team player who can work across different teams, business units, functions, and global locations.
