Mission:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company polices and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and process social insurance, IIT and other withholdings. 
  • Data collection for annual C&B Budget and various C&B related reports. 
  • Attendance, leave and OT data reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies. 
  • Enter payroll-related data into workday/HR database and stay up-to-date with changes. 
  • Labor contract preparation and renewal.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, tax issues, and benefit deductions.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors (Fesco, dispatch agency etc) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding employees and contingent worker’s compensation & benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration, finance or a related field
  • 3~5 years relevant work experience in C&B, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good analytical and multitasking skills, sense of confidentiality.
  • Familiar with Labor Law and related policies, familiar with HR operation procedures. 
  • Proficiency in English, good knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of Expat C&B handling, HRIS (workday/ADP) will be a plus. 
  • Willingness to develop other career interests within HR field.
