Спроведува активности на влезна, меѓуфазна и завршна контрола според  дефинирани барања во Интегрираниот Систем за Управување (IMS) со квалитет, здравје и безбедност и заштита на животната средина, според барањата на меѓународните стандарди ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 и ISO 45001 и други применети стандарди за квалитет.

Главни одговорности:

• Контролата на квалитет ја врши според прописите од техничката документација и од плановите за контрола. При тоа користи стандардни и специјални мерни, контролни и испитни средства, дефинирани во документацијата и се грижи за нивната исправност.

• Контролата ја врши во текот на изработка на серијата или по нејзиното завршување, на своето работно место или по принципот на “пилот контрола”.

• Обезбедува дека контролираните делови/производи се во согласност со важечка конструктивна документација.

• По извршената контрола,  деловите ги класифицира на добри, лоши и делови за доработка-поправка. Деловите за доработка ги означува со “Пропратна карта за доработка-поправка”, шкарт- деловите ги става во посебно означен простор.

• Секојдневно прави записи за примената или одбиената количина на материјали,  делови и производи и го предава на претпоставениот.

• Врши контрола  на позиции од магацинот за полупроизводи и магацинот за готова стока, пред  нивната  испорака на купувачите, при тоа водејќи сметка и за начинот на пакување.

• Правилно ја опслужува трокоординатна мерна машина (CMM) и се грижи за нејзината исправност.

• Ja одржува генерална чистота и услови за работа (температура и влага) на просторијата каде е поставена трокоординатна мерна машина (CMM).

• Навремено информира за потреба од  интерно или екстерно баждарење на мерниот и контролниот алат.

• Кога е потребно, учествува во платформите за QRQC - Production, QRQC – Supplier

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Задолжително познавање на Македонски јазик.

Предност: Најмалку 2 година слично работно искуство

Position Summary:

Performs input, intermediate and final control activities as defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) with quality, health and safety and environmental protection, in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and other applicable quality standards

Major Responsibilities:

• Performs quality control in accordance with the regulations of the technical documentation and control plans. It uses standard and special measuring, control and testing means defined in the documentation and ensures their correctness.

• Control is performed during batch production or after its completion, at its place of work or on the principle of "pilot control".

• Ensures that the controlled parts / products comply with applicable design documentation.

• After checking, classify the parts into good, bad and repair parts. The finishing parts are labelled with "Finishing-Repairing Card", and the parts are placed in a specially marked space.

• Makes daily records of received or rejected quantities of materials, parts and products and passes them on to the supervisor.

• Controls the positions of the semi-finished product warehouse and the finished goods warehouse before delivering them to customers, taking into account the manner of packaging.

• Properly serves a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and ensures its proper functioning.

• Maintains general cleanliness and operating conditions (temperature and humidity) in the room where a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is installed.

• Timely informs about the need for internal or external calibration of the measuring and control tools.

• When needed, participate in QRQC - Production, QRQC - Supplier platforms.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

Advantage: min. 2-year related work experience
