Contract Performance Manager - HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

*This role can be permitted to work with a Hybrid Schedule. Expectations are to work remotely 2 days per week. Onsite days are expected 3 days per week.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead annual financial modeling creation where you will act as Project Manager to develop a comprehensive financial forecast of the service contract.  
• Conduct annual Contract Margin Review (CMR) with key leadership, identifying changes to contract profitability and where needed, improvement plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Risk and Commercial Operations on new deal proposals and amendments to existing contracts.
• Partner with Service Operations and Finance Manager to actively manage profitability and develop annual budgets.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a financial position or within a Service Operation with direct experience and knowledge of an income statement.
• Minimum of 2 years in Project Management.
• Prior knowledge of Oracle, SAS, Power BI, or other related business intelligence and data analytics software.

Wabtec also contributes Annual and Matching contributions to your 401(k) account to help your savings grow. Each pay period, Wabtec will match 100% of your contribution up to a maximum of 3% of your eligible compensation. Wabtec also will make an Annual Contribution of 3% of your compensation, whether or not you contribute your own funds to the Savings Plan. That’s a total of 6% of your annual compensation in Company-provided contributions!
