Собира, обработува и анализира податоци поврзани со искористеноста и ефикасноста на опремата и директните извршители и известува за истите.

Собира, обработува, анализира и известува за сите трошоци поврзани со процесот на производство и овозможува финансиска поддршка за проекти.

Главни одговорности**:**

• Собира податоци за искористеност на опремата, истите ги внесува во ЕРП систем (Oracle), прави анализа на внесените податoци и подготвува дневни и месечни извештаи согласно барањата и потребите
• Подготвува извештаи за искористеност и ефикасност на директните извршители врз база на внесени податоци во ЕРП системот или други документи кои ги има на располагање
• Континуирано ги следи, собира и обработува сите податоци поврзани со трошоци на производство. Креира, одржува и дневно ажурира база на основни категории трошоци.
• Пресметува цена на чинење на производите за потребите на менаџментот и продажбата.
• Известува за трошоци поврзани со: набавката на материјали, начинот на обработка, директните и индиректните трошоци на производството, доработките, шкартот, персоналните трошоци, рекламациите, трошоците настанати по основа на гаранции и др.
• При пресметките изнаоѓа и применува напредни методологии за инженеринг на трошоци.
• Изготвува редовни аналитички извештаи.
• Извршува контрола на реалните и предвидени трошоци поврзани со поголеми проекти
• Го советува менаџментот за можности за заштеди како и за оптимално инвестирање и искористување на ресурсите на компанијата.
• Врши предвидувања на трошоци, изготвува симулации со избор на повеќе опции, предлага решенија со најголеми заштеди.
• Учествува во имплементацијата на Lean методите во процесот на производство

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Дипломиран економист, машински инженер или сродно образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Најмалку 3 години слично работно искуство.

Position Summary:

Collects, processes and analyses data related to the utilization and efficiency of equipment and direct executors and reports on the same.

Collects, processes, analyses and reports on all costs related to the production process and provides financial support for projects.

Major Responsibilities:

• Collects data on equipment usage, enters it into the ERP system (Oracle), analyzes the entered data and prepares daily and monthly reports according to requirements and needs
• Prepares reports on utilization and efficiency of direct executors based on data entered in the ERP system or other documents available
• Continuously monitors, collects and processes all data related to production costs. Creates, maintains and daily updates a database of basic expense categories.
• Calculates the cost price of the products for the needs of management and sales.
• Reports on costs related to: procurement of materials, method of processing, direct and indirect costs of production, finishing, scrap, personnel costs, claims, costs incurred on the basis of guarantees, etc.
• Finds and applies advanced cost engineering methodologies during calculations.
• Produces regular analytical reports.
• Performs control of actual and projected costs related to larger projects
• Advises management on opportunities for savings as well as optimal investment and utilization of company resources.
• Performs cost forecasts, prepares simulations with a selection of multiple options, proposes solutions with the greatest savings.
• Participates in the implementation of Lean methods in the production process

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Economist, graduated mechanical engineer or related education; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English. 

Min. 3 yearс related work experience.
