Ownership and key responsibilities

•Fully accountable of financial performance (Product Lines and allocated units) for all Services activities within the country

•Drive/lead country activities focusing on Orders, Sales and Margin per customer for each Services Product Line

•Define, prepare and execute strategic services country plan in line with both Regional and TSG Group orientations
Main Missions

•Grow Services activities in the country

-Define commercial priorities to achieve YoY targeted organic growth

-Structure and drive complete organization to support commercial endeavours

-Review and validate services offering as per DoA

•Shape organization to secure smooth execution of activities

-Develop one country service structure following targeted organizational model (chapter 2)

-Ensure proper interface with Operations monitoring and challenging QCD

-Implement and drive Project Management to deliver projects as per commitments

•Deploy TSG strategy of different Services Product Lines

-Mobilize teams across country to offer enhanced services and product portfolio developed by Service Product Lines

-Align and facilitate actions with other country services director to address global/common customers with consistency

•Order Intake

•Sales, Cash and Contract / Operating Margin for the TSG in CZ&SK
Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business / MBA optional
• 10+ years experience in Sales- and/or Business-Management / leading a business or department
• Experience in managing teams and leading people
• Experience in aftermarket/services (preferable but not mandatory)
• Czech language mandatory / Good level of English language
• MS Office skills
