Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Develop and manage customer action plans for issue resolution as well as identify and coordinate resources necessary to resolve issues.
Provide regular status updates to customers on outstanding issues, determine cause and implement plans to avoid reoccurrence.
Responsible for order entry and daily coordination of order fulfillment, quoting, lead times and issues related to customer service agreements and component repairs.
Analyze inventory usage, identifying problem areas or items with consistent late delivery or high demand.
Attend on time delivery performance meetings, monitor and report status.
Coordinate off site vendor repair and warranty administration.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Basic Qualifications:
Associates' Degree with 2 years professional customer support experience or 4 years professional work experience with 2 years being in a professional customer support role.
Eligibility Requirements:
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Must be willing to work out of the office located in Melbourne, FL
Must be willing to work in a production environment
Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs
Desired Characteristics:
Proven experience managing customer accounts.
Ability to make priority decisions based on customer business situations.
Excellent organizational, customer relationship, verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional say/do ratio - ability to define and deliver to a plan with minimal supervision.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
