Summary:

Wabtec is looking for M365, O365, SharePoint & Power platform developer and administrator to join our Global IT Digital Workplace team. An ideal candidate will have diverse 10+ years of experience covering Architecture, Development, Implementation & Administration. We would like to hire a professional with a track record of continuous improvement and delivering impactful projects and enhancements. Candidate will work closely with business and IT teams for work related to design, development, and administration of M365 applications including Power apps and Power Automate with experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange management, support, and migrations.        

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides dedicated subject matter expert knowledge for SharePoint and M365
  • Must become intimately familiar with assigned products and specific technology areas. A configuration expert who understands and recommends feature use/best practices, product integration, flexibility and customization.
  • M365 Enterprise Administrators will evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services.
  • Skills in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services and managing user identity, roles, access, and authentication.
  • Ability in planning Office 365 workloads and applications, implementing modern device services, Microsoft 365 security, and threat management, and managing Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
  • Perform Proof of Concept activities pertaining to SharePoint, SharePoint Online and M365
  • Recommend product change, modification and customization
  • Monitor emerging technology trends within assigned product / technology areas to make recommendation
  • Work with development and support teams. Participate in subject matter guidance / troubleshooting for escalated support tickets and application issues
  • Implement applications, modules and third-party integrations used within the environment
  • Ensure timely delivery of all Requests and projects
  • Continuously stride to standardize and automate process
  • Follow Project management practices, create SOP’s and KB Articles
  • Handle assigned Incident & Request Tasks
  • And other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, related programs, or equivalent experience.

    • 8+ years’ experience on SharePoint, Power Apps, M365 applications & O365 tools
    • Min 4 to 5 years of experience in design and implementation
    • Min 4 to 5 of experience in administration and maintenance
  • Certifications:

    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker
    • SharePoint Certification Administrator/Designer
    • ITIL and knowledge of ITSM best practices preferred
    • Actively seeks next-gen certifications/knowledge pertinent to the role

  • Serve as Trainer/Mentor to team. Ability to grow talent of team

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting / standing
  • Frequently repeating motions that may include wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Ready to work in flexible UK/US shift timings when required
