The Engineering manager will be primarily responsible for actively driving and managing the technology development, evaluation, and application stage on all new products. Working in conjunction with the Core Design team as a technical touchpoint and product advocate, the Engineering Manager must be able to comprehend and support throughout the stages of development of new products to suite complete customer requirement. The Engineering Manager must be able to establish and maintain strong relationship/ rapport with potential and actual customers.

Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future https://growth.Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements (Voice of Customer).Perform technical/ product training for Field service engineers and customer at targeted sheds. Drive timely resolution of customer issues by liaising with Field services and Quality teams in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives. Assist in development of test facility/ rigs, diagnostic and maintenance tools. Support in product validation.
