Го поддржува инженерскиот тим во подготовката на техничките понуди и ги поддржува договорните и недоговорните активности, во рамките на процедурите што се применуваат на Одделот за инженерство.

Главни одговорности**:**

• Применува низа инженерски вештини за да се поддржи создавањето технички издржани предлози.

• Под раководство на проектен инженер или главен инженер помага во поддршката на активностите на подот на продавницата.

• Под раководство на проектен инженер или водечки инженер спроведува тестирање на производи или системи и собира резултати за вклучување во следните извештаи.

• Ги следи барањата на процедурите за квалитет како што се менуваат од време на време.

• Подготвува спецификации и пресметки на производот. Тие обично може да вклучуваат:

• Цртежи за предлог опрема.

• Одговори од клаузула по клаузула на различни спецификации/стандарди по потреба.

• Собирање и презентација на сите форми на податоци при изготвување на техничка понуда.

• Општи инженерски пресметки за одредување на соодветноста на опремата.

• Подготовка на податоци за LCC и проценки за животниот век на опремата.

• Подготвува и го поддржува процесот на проценка на ризик за да се постигне прифаќање на опремата.

• Подготвува и го поддржува процесот на анализа на опасност за да се постигне прифаќање на опремата.

• Изработува инструкции за работа со ремонт.

• Поддржување на статичко тестирање на опремата.

• Врши проценка на состојбата на опремата во фабриката или во просториите на клиентите.

• Комуницира вербално и во писмена форма со колегите, поврзаните функции, добавувачите и клиентите како што е потребно за да ги постигне работните обврски наведени погоре.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инженер или срдоно образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност - најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство.

Position Summary:

To support the Engineering Team in the preparation of Technical Offers and support contract and non-contract activities, within the procedures applicable to the Engineering department. 

Major Responsibilities:

• To apply a range of engineering skills to support the creation of technically sound proposals.

• Under the direction of a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer assist in the support of the Shop floor activities.

• Under the direction of a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer conduct testing of products or systems and collect results for inclusion in subsequent reports.

• Follow the requirement of the Quality procedures as modified from time to time.

• Preparation of product specifications and calculations. These may typically include:

• Equipment proposal drawings.

• Clause by clause responses to various specifications / standards as required.

• Collation and presentation of all forms of data in the preparation of a Technical Offer.

• General engineering calculations to determine equipment suitability.

• Preparation of LCC data and equipment life estimates.

• Prepare and support Risk Assessment process to achieve equipment acceptance.

• Prepare and support Hazard Analysis process to achieve equipment acceptance.

• Development of Overhaul Work Instructions.

• To support static and on track testing of equipment.

• To undertake Condition assessments of equipment either in house or at customer premises.

• Communicate verbally and in written form with colleagues, associated functions, suppliers and customers as required to achieve job responsibilities listed above.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English. 

Advantage – min 1 year related work experience.
