Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sales services execution, project delivery (installation, test & commissioning) and maintenance contracts, warranty service delivery etc.
  • Lead a team of technical staff and subcontractors to plan, coordinate, implement and review all R&M works/projects of the mixed portfolio.
  • Achieve service target (KPI) in accordance to contract requirement (response time, recovery time, reliability - MCBF, availability, etc.)
  • Manage and utilize the manpower resources of service team (maintenance and project) to tackle ad hoc issues and regular site-related work
  • Optimize resources through increased competencies and reshuffle resources across projects
  • Interface / liaise with our customers and installation subcontractors on all technical matters and to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare service reports such as daily report and technical investigations for customers.
  • Liaise with Engineering team to work on the technical issues and improvement work
  • Ensure all field service activities are complied with the ISO standard, quality requirements and the safety policies & procedures
  • Take charge of the training and development for the team to raise their competency level
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
