Role Summary:

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

Requires good understanding of work routines and procedures. Limited independence in problem solving and decision making.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements and disclosures based on actual results.
• Consolidate, analyze and report financials in compliance with reporting regulations.
• Basic understanding of procedures and concepts; understand how own area integrates with other teams.
• Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, etc.
• Knowledge of the IFRS (US GAAP will be an advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in finance within a big 4 and/or multinational companies.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Experience in working with business finance ERP systems such as HFM, Oracle, 1C will be a plus.
