Извршува операции во производствениот процес, самостојно или во помошничка функција

Главни одговорности:

• Чита и применува техничка документација
• Одредува, обезбедува и подготвува потребна опрема и алат за спроведување на работниот налог
• Врши едноставни машински и монтажни операции (сечење на пила, ножица, виткање лим, дупчење, извлекување, брусење, заварување, бришење, продувување, одмастување и сл.)
• Врши рачна обработка на работни делови (турпијање, шмирглање, симнување рабови, естетско дотерување и сл.)
• Врши визуелна проверка на изработените парчиња и/или работните површини од позициите кои треба да се монтираат, како и проверка со мерење на изработените парчиња и одговара за квалитетот и количината на изработката
• Врши внатрешен транспорт / управува вилушкар, кара и други транспортни средства
• Врши припојување пред заварување (основни заварувачки операции)
• Подредува, сортира, пакува и обележува алати, материјали, делови и готови производи
• Врши товарење и истоварање на материјали, опрема и производи
• Собира, сортира и соодветно отстранува струготини и друг отпад од производните хали.
• Врши проверка и одговара за квалитетот на деловите или материјалите на кои работи
• Редовно ги одржува и чисти средствата за работа, машините и алатите што ги користи
• Врши подредување, пакување и обележување на изработените парчиња согласно техничката документација
• Навремено, уредно и точно пополнува евиденција поврзана со работните операции (работен налог, SPC листи и сл.)
• По потреба извршува и други работни операции.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Задолжително познавање на Македонски јазик.

Предност: Најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство

Position Summary:

Performs operations in the production process.

Major Responsibilities:

• Reads and applies technical documentation;
• Determines, provides and prepares the necessary equipment and tools for the implementation of the work order;
• Performs simple machine and assembly operations (sawing, scissors, sheet metal bending, drilling, extraction, grinding, welding, wiping, degreasing, etc.)
• Performs manual processing of working parts (punching, sanding, removing edges, aesthetic adjustment, etc.
• Performs visual inspection of the made pieces and / or work surfaces from the positions to be mounted, as well as checking by measuring the made pieces and is responsible for the quality and quantity of the workmanship;
• Performs internal transport / manages forklifts and other type of transport;
• Sorts, packs and labels tools, materials, parts and finished products
• Loads and unloads materials, equipment and products;
• Collects, sorts and appropriately removes sawdust and other waste from production halls;
• Check and responsible for the quality of the parts or materials it works on;
• Timely and accurately fills records related to work operations (work order, SPC lists, etc.);
• Performs other work operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

Advantage: min. 1 year related work experience
