Performs quality validation testing on all Nordco equipment per customer specifications and delivery requirements. Performs troubleshooting sequences to identify non conformance and communicates repairs required. Writes reports as required. May be required to work on multiple assignments at the same time.

Technical Skills
General mechanical skills. Must be proficient working with hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic controlled circuits including PLC and CAN-bus systems.
Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical schematics and drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting purposes.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to dust, oil, grease, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times and may require the use of hearing protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle or lift objects up to 50 pounds, use tools or controls and communicate with other employees. The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, walk unassisted, bend, sit and reach with hands and arms.
