Lead Engineer, Process Engineering

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be responsible for the continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency.  Support engineering teams developing, optimizing, and implementing new processes, while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Lead operating rhythm to improve software First Pass Yield (FPY) and defect escape rate
• Act as a gatekeeper for software releases, ensuring process is properly followed and design rigor appropriately applied.
• Develop and maintain metrics / measurement system for continuous improvement and drive proactive identification of defect hot spots.
• Support continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis for non-conformances, and development of effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Observe (audit) that documented standards, processes, and procedures are followed
• Building and maintaining analysis service report models
• Using Power BI Desktop for developing dashboards, visual reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) scorecards
• Extracting various data sources and connecting, importing, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
• Proficient in creating Data Analysis Expression (DAX) queries in Power BI Desktop
• Should be capable of developing multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards (available, accessible, and in good condition)
