We are currently seeking a Lead FP&A Operations Analyst to join our team. The Lead FP&A Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing calculations on billing, revenue recognition, and expenses related to the scope of works.

The successful candidate will actively participate and engage in the annual budget process, work closely with program and project managers, and perform monthly account reconciliations. The Lead FP&A Operations Analyst will manage and perform month-end close activities, reports, and ensure submission within deadlines. They will also work with the commercial team on proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs calculations on billing, revenue recognition and expenses related to the scope of works;

  • Performs calculations of forecasts, estimates, and controls the actuals of revenues and expenses;

  • Actively participates and engages in annual budget process on the related scope of works;

  • Works closely with program and project managers and plant finance teams;

  • Performs monthly account reconciliations on those accounts which responsible for;

  • Manages and performs month-end close activities, reports and ensure submission within deadlines;

  • Works with commercial team on proposals and contracts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an auditor or in FP&A.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.

  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.

  • Good level of English language skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking).

  • Proficient user of MS office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Proficient user of 1C and Oracle is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Oracle experience as an advantage.

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.

  • Self-starter, result-oriented person with the ability to work under pressure.
