*This role can be permitted to work with a flex-hybrid Schedule. Expectations are to work remotely 1 day per week. Onsite days are expected 4 days per week.

Job Description

The Locomotive Manufacturing Finance Analyst will support the financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting financial performance of the locomotive & equipment manufacturing operations in Texas and Mexico. In this role you will partner with the operations teams in achieving all targets related to the production of new locomotives, modernizations and all other equipment & components. The role will own the reporting of financial metrics of the manufacturing and distribution operations, including productivity and working capital performance as well as ad hoc reporting for finance leadership and operations team. In this role you will also partner with leadership to develop capital allocation plans and track return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prefer Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Accounting / Finance / STEM
• Prefer 2+ years in an accounting, controllership, or a finance role, preferably in manufacturing or finance related fields

Desired Characteristics:

• Demonstrated financial analysis skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Proficient in Hyperion and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Platform
• Understanding of financial statements
