Job Description

MK: Метод Инженер (Машинска обработка)

За позицијата:

Развива и изработува технолошки постапки за изработка на делови / производи.

Главни одговорности**:**

• Ја анализира конструктивната документација за да може да пропише соодветен процес за производство на бараниот дел/подсклоп/производ
• Изработува технолошка документација, во која ги пропишува операциите/чекорите за обработка, ги дефинира потребните режими на машината (кога станува збор за делови кои се произведуваат со машинска обработка)
• Пропишува алати и контролници кои ќе се користат во процесот на обработка на делот
• Изработува NC програми
• Пропишува време и трошоци за обработка, врз база на што се изработува калкулација за  производ односно дел
• Ја архивира технолошката документација во дигитален формат
• Снима машинско време, го анализира и документира во технологија
• Изготвува предлог-нарачки за замена на алати, калибри и направи и учествува во изработка на спецификации за нивна набавка.
• Работи на подобрување на процесите и намалување на трошоците за обработка
• Врз основа на производствениот план подготвува план за снимање машинско време за одредена група машини
• Изработува визуелна технолошка документација, во која ги пропишува чекорите, помагалата и алатите за монтажа и испитување на функционални склопови и уреди
• Снима време за монтажа и испитување, го анализира  и документира во технологијата
• Соработува со конструкторот на алат во фаза на развој на направите и помагалата за обработка/монтажа
• Технолошките операции и производните времиња ги внесува во ЕРП систем
• Ги следи и спроведува сите измени во дизајнот на деловите / производите
• Предлага измени во процесите и истите ги евидентира
• По потреба извршува и други работни задачи од делокругот на време и методи
• Одговара за точноста и применливоста на податоците во технолошката постапка

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инженер или срдоно образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност - најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство; познавање на процеси на машинска обработка, познавање на CAM софтвер.

EN: Method Engineer (Machining)

Position Summary:

Develops and manufactures technological procedures for parts / product making.

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze the constructive documentation so that it can design an appropriate process for producing the required part / assembly / product
• Produces technological documentation, which specifies the operations / processing steps, defines the necessary modes of the machine (when it comes to machining parts)
• Prescribes tools and controls that will be used in the part processing process
• Develops NC programs
• Prescribes processing time and costs on the basis of which a product or part calculation is made
• Archives technological documentation in digital format
• Saves machine time, analyzes and documents technology
• Prepares draft orders for replacement of tools, calibers and devices and participates in the preparation of specifications for their procurement.
• Works to improve processes and reduce processing costs
• Based on the production plan prepares a plan for recording machine time for a specific set of machines
• Produces visual technology documentation that outlines the steps, tools and tools for assembling and testing functional assemblies and devices
• Saves time for editing and testing, analyzes and documents on technology
• Collaborates with tool developer in development of tooling / editing / editing aids
• Inserts technology operations and production times into the ERP system
• Monitor and implement all design / product design changes
• Proposes changes in processes and records them
• Performs other tasks within the scope of time and methods as needed
• Responsible for the accuracy and applicability of data in the technological process

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Graduated mechanical engineer or related education; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English. 

Advantage – min 1 year related work experience; great knowledge of machining processes, great knowledge of CAM software.
