The Part Sales Collections and Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the business-to-business processes for over-the-counter part sales and warranty claims. These responsibilities include ownership of establishing sustainable systems to invoice and collect payments on time, process warranty and other duties related to the execution of the Long-Term Parts Agreement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Single Point of Contact for over-the-counter sales transactions.
Owns day to day responsibility and development for over-the-counter sales invoicing, collections and warranty claims to include:
Integrate with Customer Experience Leaders (CXL), Service Operations and the Commercial teams, including:
Participate directly with customer in support of resolving warranty disputes and over the counter payment collections
Lead projects and process changes required to incorporate Legacy Wabtec Business units into Services P&L
Other duties as assigned.
