MAIN MISSION:

Contract & Claim management

  • Functional interfaces

  • Supplier interface

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor the contractual documents over the Product Line sourcing team,

  • Study and analyze all contractual documents to support the Product Line sourcing team

  • Prepare and keep up to date the claim register

  • Prepare the claim strategy and share it with the Product Line Contract Manager

  • Provide support to the sourcing team in the tender phases, by integrating feedback from previous projects or

back to back from customer contracts

  • Reporting to the Product Line Contract Manager, he / she support the Sourcing team in all actions necessary for

the management of all contract and commercial matters

  • Assist the Product Line Contract Manager with analysis of the sourcing contracts to build and drive

implementation of a contract / claim management strategy plan.

  • Work closely with the Sourcing team to identify and mitigate risks as well as identify, maximize and leverage

claim opportunities towards suppliers

  • Liaise with Legal department for the finalization of suppliers contracts

WORK EXPERIENCE

You have ideally gained a first business experience in an international company and in a project environment
