Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and co-ordination of all activities associated with a Platform Screen Doors project, from receipt of customer order to the completion and hand-over of the project.  He / She is accountable for ensuring that the project is built safely, on-time, within the agreed budget and to the appropriate specifications and standards.  While the position is based in Hong Kong the location of a project may be outside of Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver domestic or international Platform Screen Door Projects throughout whole project lifecycle from reception of order to project closure

• Manage all project’s stakeholders; lead internal team to achieve a smooth operation and successful execution and reach customer’s satisfaction

• Ensure the project is carried out in a manner which is in line with defined Terms & Conditions, standards, specifications, practices, procedures and quality.

• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones

• Manage project’s budget, ensure financial performance Identification of project risks and opportunities and define and execute related mitigation measures in timely manner.

• Identify and capitalise on project improvement opportunities

• Project performance measurements (non-financial) including on-time submission of project deliverables and successful First Article Inspection (FAI) go on-time

• Arrange project review meetings with the client (onsite and offsite) to update status and deliver project-related documents such as meeting minutes and periodic status update report

• Responsible for Project KPI

• Build and maintain good coordination and relationship with suppliers, customers, and multi-internal project teams

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager
