Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and co-ordination of all activities associated with a Platform Screen Doors project, from receipt of customer order to the completion and hand-over of the project. He / She is accountable for ensuring that the project is built safely, on-time, within the agreed budget and to the appropriate specifications and standards. While the position is based in Hong Kong the location of a project may be outside of Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver domestic or international Platform Screen Door Projects throughout whole project lifecycle from reception of order to project closure
Manage all project’s stakeholders; lead internal team to achieve a smooth operation and successful execution and reach customer’s satisfaction
Ensure the project is carried out in a manner which is in line with defined Terms & Conditions, standards, specifications, practices, procedures and quality.
Manage project progress and achieve key milestones
Manage project’s budget, ensure financial performance Identification of project risks and opportunities and define and execute related mitigation measures in timely manner.
Identify and capitalise on project improvement opportunities
Project performance measurements (non-financial) including on-time submission of project deliverables and successful First Article Inspection (FAI) go on-time
Arrange project review meetings with the client (onsite and offsite) to update status and deliver project-related documents such as meeting minutes and periodic status update report
Responsible for Project KPI
Build and maintain good coordination and relationship with suppliers, customers, and multi-internal project teams
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager
