  • Maintenance and submission of documentation, including but not limited to Safety Management Plan / Method Statement / Project Hazard Log
  • Drive and monitor the HSE activities on site, including Internal/External Safety Audit, CSA Audit, Site HSE control
  • Periodic inspection/audit to be conducted and records retained. E.g. Site safety inspection, Weekly Safety Walk, Monthly Site Safety Committee Management Meeting
  • NCR (Non-Conformity Report) management (including opening record and follow-up in WIM - Wabtec incident management system), perform accident investigation and report preparation. Drive the FTA and PDCA action follow up if necessary
  • Maintenance of Staff qualifications, training session (Induction/Tool Box/etc.) on hazards related to operating railway every year
  • Provide advice and assistance in identifying codes of practice and workplace health and safety legislative requirements in relation to the projects.
  • Escalate the Hot issues to PD&G BU Quality manager (Weekly report)
  • Gather and report the information/data to BU Quality manager (Weekly Report)
  • Reports to Project Manager on project safety related tasks as required
  • Demonstrate behavioural standards:  Rigorous, collaborative, passionate
  • Quality and Safety oriented mindset in daily work
  • Close communication with customer and provide in-depth / ad hoc analysis upon customer requests
  • Conduct any other activity as reasonably instructed by your manager
