RAMS Ingenieur (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

• Berechnung von Ausfallraten für elektronische Komponenten und Systeme nach anerkannten Standards z.B. SN29500, MIL-HDBK-217
• Erstellung von RAMS Dokumenten nach EN 50126 von Bestandssystemen und neuen Technologien: z. B. LCC, FMECA, FTA und Hazard Analysen
• Zuarbeit zu technischen Angeboten (Konzepte, RAMS Dokumentation)
• Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Richtlinien für Wartung/ Konstruktion
• Abstimmung und Unterstützung des Kunden hinsichtlich RAMS Anforderungen
• Spezifikation und Zuarbeit von RAMS Dokumenten für zugewiesene Projekte
• Führung und Verfolgung sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen/ Zuverlässigkeit mit Bezug auf den technischen Erfüllungsgrad, Kosten, Nachträge, Aktionspläne in allen Projektphasen
• Verfolgung von Entwicklungstendenzen im Fachgebiet
• Erstellung von Brandschutzdokumenten und -Analysen für zugewiesene Projekte nach EN45545
• Auswahl geeigneter Komponenten unter dem Gesichtspunkt RAMS und Brandschutz für Schienenfahrzeuge

Was du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
• Wir begrüßen auch Quereinsteiger mit entsprechendem Qualifikationsprofil
• Von Vorteil wäre eine fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schienenfahrzeuge
• Von Vorteil wären Fachkenntnisse in RAMS (Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Lebenszykluskosten von Schienenfahrzeugen)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
