Due to significant growth, we are looking for Regional Sales Manager - Channel & Partnersto lead the development and execution of the global channel and partner strategy for the Digital Mine business. This is a high-profile role where you will be working with several existing channel partners whilst expanding into target geographies where the Digital Mine product lines are poised for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the global channel & partners strategy

  • Recruit, onboard and develop scalable channel & partners to generate new business in existing accounts and new markets

  • Provide technical and sales support to channel & partners to ensure successful deployment of our technology and software solutions globally

  • Implementing channel & partner campaigns to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth target

  • Collaborate with the direct sales team on executing the channel & partners strategy

  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels in their organization

  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote our solutions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments globally

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales of mining technology and software solutions

  • Strong understanding of the mining industry and its key players

  • Proven track record of success in channel mangement

  • Experience using CRM Systems (Salesforce.com preferred)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Candidate must be able to travel both domestically and internationally

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business)

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
