We are looking for a Sr Technical Product Manager to join our growing Services team and build out the next generation of our platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on various platform, tools with significant experience in developing software solutions. He / She must have strong, firsthand expertise in software development and understanding complex enterprise systems. He / She must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. He / She should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Translate product needs into quality requirements for stakeholders and project teams.
• Define solution boundaries and scope of the deliverables.
• Conduct analysis on current and future desired state.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops with stakeholders to review requirements, deliverables, issues, and risks.
• Specification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working with the Product Owner to break features into stories
• Produce training and other supporting documentation
• Identify and define any areas of improvement.
• Represent the product throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are met, tested, and implemented successfully.
• Assisting technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the product analysis methodology.
• Develop broad technical knowledge and domain expertise. Understand the long-term implications of architectural and technical changes, while not losing focus on the short term deliverables.
• Continuously improve and scale the organization. Improve processes where needed, while being cognizant of not slowing down engineering teams.
• Help in Product Roadmap planning for upcoming years

Competence – Level

• Overall 10+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a TPM, Product Manager in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment.
• Ability to work with 3-4 scrum teams parallelly and provide guidance and features
• Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
• Experience with platforms and tools to build code, test and land changes to production environments
• Experience with fast development and test automation
• Passionate about helping engineers ship features fast, with data / metrics driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence.
• Ability to influence, empower, and align people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize projects without losing sight of the highest priority items. Be good at facilitating discussions.
• Analytical and truth seeking. Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions objectively.
• Excellent in identifying process gaps, measuring progress, and balancing engineering and product efficiency with process overhead.
• Ability to mentor and coach 2-3 direct reports
• Proven experience working and managing global teams
