Rattaché(e) au directeur de l’engineering pour les produits de sécurité des trains (enregistreurs d’évènements ou « boîtes noires, automatismes), le/la responsable Software & Validation Engineering aura pour mission de :

• Encadrer l’équipe de plusieurs dizaines de personnes,

• Prendre la responsabilité des offres techniques logicielles sur son périmètre,

• Déployer les méthodes et les outils en capitalisant sur l’expérience acquise,

• Assurer la compétitivité des développements logiciels (développement offshore, stratégie de réutilisation, objectifs QCD, …),

• Définir les délais et les priorités des projets

• Piloter l’équipe validation et l’intégration systèmes.

Profil recherché :

• Ingénieur(e) (ou technicien(nne) avec expérience) en développement logiciel embarqué/ informatique industrielle,

• 5 années d’expérience au minimum (hors stages) en bureau d'études sur des développements logiciels embarqués complexes ou normés,

• Expérience managériale obligatoire

• Connaissance des langages, C ou C++, OS : Linux et/ou OS temps réel

Protocole de communication de type stack IP (TCP/IP, UDP)

• Cycle de développement en V

• Expérience de développement dans le « midleware » en programmation défensive est un plus

Votre niveau d’autonomie, votre bonne communication, et votre esprit de synthèse, vous permettront de réussir à ce poste.
