Wabtec is looking for a seasoned identity professional to join our Global IT Identity team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architecture of IAM, IdM, Identity Governance, and PAM solutions. We would like to hire a senior architect with a track record of continuous improvement and delivering impactful projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with a global team of Identity Analysts & Engineers located in Americas, EMEA, APAC regions
  • Expertise driving the design, config, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Identity platforms
  • Strong experience integrating a variety of business applications into various identity platforms using both standard and non-standard solutions
  • Contribute expert knowledge to the design and implementation of a growing catalog of Identity platforms, including SailPoint IDNow SaaS Solution, CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Okta SSO, Okta ASA, Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow integration
  • Work closely with Security & Compliance team to design solutions to enforce security governance policies
  • Lead Identity design & design reviews
  • Key role in long-term strategy for Identity
  • Lead Identity projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and be a recognized expert in Identity
  • Collaborate with third-party service and support vendors to ensure maximum uptime and prompt problem remediation
  • Program management skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience as an Identity Architect or other IAM position
  • SailPoint, CyberArk, and/or Microsoft certification preferred
  • Ability to drive and travel up to 10%
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Willingness to work all hours across different time zones

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions and best practices; SailPoint experience required
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and best practices; Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and best practices; CyberArk experience a plus
  • Willing to embrace change and manage or influence required activities to reach desired outcomes
  • Proven ability to deliver while under tight timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively analyze and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
  • Actively seeks next-gen certifications pertinent to the role
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
  • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
