За позицијата:

Управува со неусогласености од Добавувач, од аспект на реактивност (48ч/10д/30д) и методологија (QRQC) при што користи Корпоративни/Групни Стандарди за APQP со секој Добавувач. Го води процесот на FAI за одобрување на први примероци од Добавувач.

Главни одговорности**:**

• Евидентирање на неусогласености кон Добавувачи како и настанати трошоци за истите во WIM-S.
• Комуницира со Добавувачи за откриени неусогласености во врска со нивни производи/испораки, со цел Добавувачот веднаш да изврши соодветен карантин/одстранување на проблематични делови кои сеуште не се испорачани во Вабтек МЗТ.
• Потврдува соодветност и ефикасност на активности од Добавувачи, преку следење на повторливост на неусогласености.
• Учествува во платформата за QRQC - S, каде следи статус на неусогласености до нивно разрешување.
• Изготвува неделни, месечни и годишни извештаи во врска со активности и перформанси на Добавувачи. Учествува на групни и корпоративни состаноци.
• Во соработка со Секторот за набавки и Секторот за нарачки и логистика, одржува и ажурира база на податоци за квалитетот на добавувачите.
• Раководи со систем за аудит на добавувачи и спроведува редовни аудити.
• Спроведува специфични аудити на специјални процеси и по посебни барања на купувачи или стандарди.
• Управува со процес на одобрување прво парче (FAI).
• Спроведува алатки/техники за управување со квалитет за процеси и производи на добавувачи.
• Учествува во разрешување рекламации од купувачи каде е утврдена одговорност на добаувачи и нивни производи или услуги.
• Спроведува други активности на менаџирање и обезбедување квалитет во компанијата: интерни аудити, контрола на процеси и сл.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер или сродно образование од областа на техничките науки. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 1 година работно искуство.

Position Summary:

Manages Vendor non-compliance in terms of reactivity (48h / 10d / 30d) and methodology (QRQC), using Corporate / Group Standards for APQP with each Vendor. Leads the FAI process for first supplier approval.

Major Responsibilities:

• Records of non-compliance with Vendors and costs incurred in WIM-S.

• Communicates with Vendors for detected discrepancies regarding their products / deliveries, in order for the Vendor to promptly quarantine / remove problematic parts not yet delivered to Wabtec MZT.

• Verify the appropriateness and efficiency of Vendor activities by monitoring recurrence of non-compliance.

• Participates in the QRQC-S platform, which follows the status of non-compliance to their resolution.

• Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reports on Vendor activities and performance. Attends group and corporate meetings.

• In cooperation with the Procurement Department and the Ordering and Logistics Department, maintain and update a supplier quality database.

• Manages supplier audit system and conducts regular audits.

• Conducts specific audits of special processes and upon specific customer or standard requirements.

• Manages the First Part Approval Process (FAI).

• Implements quality management tools / techniques for supplier processes and products.

• Participate in resolving customer complaints where the liability of suppliers and their products or services has been established.

• Performs other quality management and quality assurance activities in the company: internal audits, process control, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer or other related engineering degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 1 year work experience.
