Position description:

Function supporting the work of the warehouse from the administrative side, working with documents of receipts and releases, entering data from documents into the MRP system, closing production orders before accepting them into the warehouse. Also printing of warehouse documents as needed. Close and daily cooperation with warehouse employees and the logistics department. A typical stationary job in the office of the warehouse and logistics department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accepting deliveries in the MRP system based on documents provided by warehousemen,

  2. Clarifying discrepancies in deliveries with the purchasing department,

  3. Closing production orders,

  4. Taking care of the proper flow of warehouse documentation in accordance with the procedures,

  5. Warehouse support in administrative processes.

Qualifications:  

  1. Higher education in administration, logistics or related (or in the course of studies),

  2. Experience of working in a production company in a similar position, Min. 1 year, preferable 2 – 3 years.

  3. General knowledge of the operation of the warehouse, administration, document flow and legal / accounting regulations related to warehouse administration,

  4. Ability to communicate (in Polish) and the ability to work with a team.
