• Conferência técnica

• Transferência de inventário entre Organizações: Através de relatório, fazer a separação e o recebimento interno.

• Embalagem Material: Criar o Pacote no Oracle conforme embalagem a ser usada e embalar os itens seguindo as particularidades dos mesmos, para garantir segurança e qualidade.

• Controle de itens vencidos: Todo final de mês o supridor da área de químicos deverá segregar todo o material que vai vencer no próximo mês. Logo em seguida ocorrerá o scrap do material.

• Alocação de materiais químicos - Receber, conferir físico, data de validade, etiquetar validade/FIFO

• Devolução de material: Receber devoluções, validar motivo da devolução conforme informado na nota fiscal e abrir fluxo eletrônico de registro de devolução e seguir as etapas do processo para as devidas tratativas.

• Responder pela correta utilização, conservação, manutenção e otimização dos ativos da companhia, bem como zelar pela limpeza e organização da área de trabalho.

• Cumprir as diretrizes de integridade e Compliance, bem como as normas e procedimentos de EHS da companhia.
