We are looking for strategic-thinking, innovative, and driven humans to work with Walmart.org team to solve some of the world's biggest problems around Walmart.orgs pillars of Racial Equity, Opportunity, Community and Sustainability.
What you'll do
During the 10-week internship, participants will:
- Gain and strong understanding of the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Walmart.org and our shared value approach
- Learn about numerous foundation and corporate giving initiatives
- Use a data-based lens to help identify salient data and metrics for KPIs that drive and shape outcomes
- Manage key milestones and deliverables related to their assigned internship project
- Operate cross-functionally withing the business to deliver on the gorals
- Take initiative, remain bold in their ideas and actively participate in all discussions
- Conduct internal and external research/benchmarking as appropriate
- Partner with other associates across teams/functions to identify solutions and present recommendations
- Build their network of Sustainability, Social Impact, CSR, ESG and Philanthropy professionals across the enterprise and receive direct exposure to several dynamic experts in their fields
- Receive support and guidance from a host of individuals including mentors and a dedicated project leader
A successful Walmart.org Intern will:

Minimum Qualifications
Students pursuing a master's degree in Philanthropy, Business, Policy, or other specialized related field
Graduating between December 2021 and May 2022
2-3 years of work experience
