Provide input into the Product Development Roadmap by using a data-driven approach
Perform product research by conducting market, cohort, and retention analysis of product features
Engage with category and marketing teams, and customer insights to understand customer problems.
Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through customer research, hands-on data analysis and documentation
Define and run test-and-learn programs in an agile way of working to drive rapid iteration & generate market feedback to enable us in setting future product direction.

Develop a shared understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
Product Development Roadmap: Provides input into the product development roadmap by gathering data and understanding required technology to meet key objectives (e.g., site functionality enhancements, product/pricing tools and dashboards). Collects and organizes road map activities across multiple phases for a sub-category using a structured and data-driven approach. Responsible for translating product roadmap into program backlog and prioritizing according to business need. Suggests additional development opportunities for the technology forecast based on product and sub-category knowledge and interaction with customers and business partners and related team members.
Product Development Lifecycle: Supports all stages of the agile product development lifecycle by completing assigned development activities (e.g., product definition, scope, KPIs and measures of success, boundaries, sprint grooming and ceremonies, and timelines) in the product development roadmap. Identifies and elevates issues to Product Manager that may affect product timelines for the sub-category. Drives program increment objectives and release content through prioritized features and cross collaboration with business partners.
Research and Analysis: Performs product research coordinates with customer insights teams to conduct market, cohort, and retention analysis of product features. Gathers relevant data and performs analysis for products to measure impact of existing features, detect anomalies and identify areas for potential improvement. Validates the direction of the product and ensures the right features are being built.
Collaboration: Interacts with partners, including and marketing teams to gather information, data, and requirements. Effectively communicates technical product requirements to business and engineering partners. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
