What you'll do...
Defines and designs Order Operations processes by improving day-to-day execution of processes; collaborating with cross-functional partners to
solve complex, short- and long-term problems and ensure the needs of the customer and business are met through process execution; providing
external partners with operational information, requirements, and performance measurements; and communicating with external partners to ensure
compliance with .com operational requirements.
Designs and performs multi-variable analysis of order flow exceptions by evaluating data and generating results using Excel, SQL, and Python;
identifying and analyzing underlying patterns and root causes of problems; proposing and supporting the implementation of solutions to address
problems; directing and supervising cross-functional resolution efforts; driving and ensuring the timely resolution of problems to external partners; and
escalating complex issues to manager.
Drives change in the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by determining
project, business, and functional requirements; leveraging subject matter expertise to increase sales, reduce expenses, and improve customer
experience; developing solutions for strategic, cross-functional problems/issues that must be solved to scale the business and offer a compelling
customer experience with new or existing tools; and partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Merchandising, and other
groups.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
