Sam’s Club International Academy - China
The International Academy is one of Sam’s Club’s most competitive accelerated collegiate programs. The rigorous training significantly accelerates your international career. Because the International Academy is not an expatriate program, the career path does not lead back to the U.S. Alternatively, the career path is designed to empower you to help our customers live better as you start your life and career in an international market.
Membership: Multi-functional role in a unique membership based retail model managing projects across disciplines such as strategy, data analytics, CRM and marketing.
Merchandising: Grow your knowledge of financial planning, pricing, replenishment and category management while learning to be a merchant for the world’s largest retailer.

Participation is open to graduating students that meet these qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and relevant academic coursework from an accredited U.S. college or university
Eligibility to work in the U.S. for up to one year from start of the program
Unrestricted employment authorization in China and willing to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Strong analytical and operational skills
