As Executive Coordinator to the VP, GM of Sam’s Club’s Advertising Business, you will be responsible for anticipating, prioritizing, and organizing all correspondence and activities with clients, partners, internals, C-suites, and beyond. You will be managing administrative tasks within the SMG organization that includes an array of cross-company collaborations, external deal making, and domain development.

You will be responsible for inbox management, coordinating calendar and extensive travel schedule, planning and scheduling events, expenses, action taking and agenda planning. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The Executive Coordinator will act as a seamless extension of the leader supported and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one-off projects and initiatives – generally you should be ready to contribute across the business and provide structure and organization wherever possible.
