What you'll do at
Business Partnering and Process: Develops an understanding of business drivers and context, as well as appropriate tools for analysis; Gains an understanding of the business needs and how technical analysis can produce solutions. Process Management: Executes own work and provides proactive feedback to manager and team associates on processes. Model Development: Assists with data preparation and the creation of basic models; Applies domain knowledge and experience to assist in building application-specific models. Data Visualization and Reporting: Creates dashboards and Excel reporting with intersections of known data sets. People Development: Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance; Mentors less experienced Analytics Specialists. Project Scope: Owns a module of an execution component; Executes on solution plans developed by more experienced associates (e.g., creates consolidated reporting dashboards). Data Analysis: Addresses business problems by applying business analytics through broad parameters provided by more experienced team members. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
