This role will support the Associates in Critical Need Trust (ACNT), a public charity created in 2001, that provides grants to U.S. associates experiencing economic hardship as a result of an unforeseen crisis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Review and approve grants within established guidelines by reviewing applications; gathering information to resolve incomplete or inaccurate applications; recommending solution for exceptions; and escalating exceptions that need next level approval; and initiating check requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to Walmart, Walmart Foundation and Associates in Critical Need Trust (ACNT) internal and external customers by responding to grant and process questions; resolving issues; and escalating issues to management with recommended solutions.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency to complete tasks; must execute the role with a high degree of confidentiality and respect for the individual.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity and applies these in executing business processes and practices.

Additional Details: This is an 8 week assignment with possibility of time extension.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree business related field OR 1 year experience in store operations, data entry and analysis, call center operations or business-related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience working non-profit organization
• 1 year experience with financial, reporting, or systems analytics.
• 1 year experience providing customer service.
