Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Coordinates, completes, job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

• Ensures compliance with company. Supports policies and procedures and company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Promotes business strategies by partnering with stakeholders to develop sourcing plans; determining vendor implications based on strategy and initiatives; evaluating existing contracts and capabilities and identifying areas of opportunity; working with internal teams to develop business cases for new or enhanced vendor relationships; identifying solutions to reduce spending and increase efficiencies; and making recommendations.

• Coordinates the seamless delivery of the corporate travel program across the enterprise by monitoring, identifying, and assisting in the correction of out-of-policy behavior; monitoring, identifying, and promoting improvements and change in the travel ecosystem supporting the travel and security team in enforcing the required travel security elements of the global travel program; providing guidance to the business to optimize travel spend.

• Manages multiple project initiatives for vendor sourcing to achieve desired results by ensuring understanding of scope of work; organizing timelines and deliverables; working with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines related to sourcing and contract goals are met; taking corrective action to address any issues; and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders. Participates in vendor selection and justification of vendor selection by partnering with stakeholders to develop requirements and scorecards.

• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
