You’ll make an impact by: 

• Providing excellent legal advice and counsel to a broad assortment of clients on a variety of topics with a particular emphasis on complex commercial transactions

• Providing cross functional transactional legal support to business, colleagues, and leaders.

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

• Bringing structure, uniformity and efficiency to the legal department’s transaction work

• Identifying the need for legal support for business transactions and projects

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

• Issue spotting and collaborating with subject matter experts as needed during contract negotiations

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

• You have at least two years of legal experience

• You have demonstrated excellence drafting complex commercial transactions in a retail context

• You have experience working on cross-functional teams to move projects forward by gaining support needed

• You have a proven track record of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation 

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills

• You have demonstrated bias towards action and innovation
