We are looking for a Director of Membership Business Strategy to join the Walmart+ business team to support developing scalable, omni-channel strategies that drive new member growth and member retention. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, & results-oriented leader with a strong passion for the customer. This individual will have deep expertise in reporting, analysis and project management. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and can work cross functionally to develop business reporting and democratize reports, evaluate program performance and forecast future performance against an aggressive growth roadmap. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact on our business goals.
